Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes has been in the El Paso County since 1954.  The Parade of Homes is presented by the Housing and Building Administration of Colorado Springs.  The HBA is a member trade association that includes builders, developers, trade contractors (Just Details Painting), interior designers, landscapers and more.  Each member plays a role in the building industry in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. The Parade of Homes offers the general public a first-hand look at the current trends and greatest innovations in new home design.

 

Just Details Painting has been part of the Parade of Homes for over 18 years.  We have painted as few as 2 homes in a Parade year and as many as 18 in another year.  It is always a flurry of activity getting the homes finished for the Parade.  Each HBA member plays a part in getting all of the homes built, designed and ready for the Parade. 

 

Each year tens of thousand of Colorado Springs residents and guests travel around visiting the different homes getting interior design ideas, landscaping tips, and seeing new technology trends. The Parade visitors can also attend educational seminars taught by HBA professionals. 

 

Overall, the Parade of Homes offers a good time and great show for anyone looking for a nice way to wrap up their summer.  We hope you enjoy the show and thank you for supporting our HBA.
