Deck Refinishing
Decks are very expensive to replace, maintaining the look and life of your deck is important. It is like changing the oil in the your car, protect the wood and your value.
We began refinishing decks when our business was new.
We quickly learned all the tricks to re-finishing and delivering a great looking deck. We learned which products where best for specific uses and their limitations. We know how to help keep the maintenance costs down.
Just Details Painting simply knows decks. We get the job done right, using the best products knowledgeable people.
Basic Deck - every deck job:
-Wash and or power wash and or scrape all remaining loose or peeling paint
-Paint rails and floors/ steps (flat/ horizontal surfaces)
(Paint will be the same color/ same product)
Upgraded and or more complex decks:
-Sand / power sand to bare wood for best adhesion (this is required because if home-owner currently has an oil based product.
-Rotted pieces that require replacement
-Sand spindles /banister (price based on time required)
-Paint ALL surfaces including all spindles/ banister / big staircase / underside
**Upgrade product usage // colors /// color change is more expensive
Annual Deck Maintenance Plan: We come back early spring and re-coat floor/ handrails / flat surfaces.
